The FPB series sterile transfer chamber achieves biological decontamination of the interior space, surfaces, and items (outer surfaces) through an integrated atomized hydrogen peroxide sterilization system. The built-in integrated atomized hydrogen peroxide sterilization system and sterile transfer chamber are controlled online using SIEMENS PLC. Communication connection can be achieved between the sterile transfer chamber and the atomized hydrogen peroxide sterilization system. After setting relevant sterilization parameters, the system's built-in program supports unmanned automatic operation.

1. The inlet and outlet doors are made of stainless steel frames and tempered glass with good transparency, and are sealed with an air seal for good visibility;

During the biological decontamination and exhaust stage, the air sent into the cabin is filtered through an H14 HEPA filter to prevent material contamination;

3. The system has real-time monitoring functions for temperature, humidity, and pressure inside the cabin. The sterile transfer cabin has complete IQ, OQ, and PQ files and can provide on-site verification;

4. The main operating surface adopts Siemens PLC control program for modular control of the sterile transfer chamber, and personnel can directly operate through the touch screen, with good human-computer interaction.
